After leaving the Summer Nationals with a string of 6.0’s under the belt, we were quietly confident that we would be able to produce some good results just two weeks later in Finland. Everyone had been waiting to witness a 6.0 at the FIA track in Finland and not only was we sure that there would be one, but we’d definitely be one of the many teams fighting to be there first.
The weekend started well as we witnessed Andy clock a 6.14, followed by a 6.10, for the number two spot on Friday's qualifying session. Micke Gullqvist found himself comfortably ahead of the rest of the field after a last minute decision to race the US R2B2 Camaro. Saturday morning arrived and the teams were ready for session 3 of qualifying, but unfortunately this is where things took a turn for the worst and our weekend of racing was put to an end.
